Dog Guard lithium batteries last 8-12 months! In order to ensure your pet’s safety and optimal performance of your Dog Guard fencing system, we strongly recommend you purchase your replacement batteries through us. We offer a battery plan to make it easy to ensure your pet stays safely protected.

We cannot guarantee the system will operate as intended when used with non Dog Guard brand batteries, which is why they are required for the warranty.
